Jenn is a listener and a convener who brings people together around a shared vision, then guides and encourages them to bring it to life. She’s dedicated to detail, and a master of all stages of fundraising strategy, from data analysis to creative development to the execution of complex, multichannel campaigns. Formerly a principal with Craver, Mathews, Smith & Co. she led some of the largest nonprofits to start their advocacy arm and reconfigure their entire donor program into donor types to maximize their donor experience and revenue . Over the years she’s lent her fundraising expertise to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Heifer International, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Project HOPE, American Civil Liberties Union, Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation, Humane Society of the US and American Red Cross.
